Healthier Butter

I use this butter for spreading on breads. It’s always soft enough to spread, even when I just pull it out of the fridge. It’s healthier than plain butter. You might want to condition your family to this, as the taste is slightly different. Start with a little less olive oil and work your way up. 

One part olive oil
One part butter
Mix well until smooth and fully blended. Store in the fridge.
