Taco Beef

1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 cup tomato paste
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup milk

Brown beef in large skillet. Drain. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Done!
Use for taco salad, nachos, taco soup or Southwestern Pizza.
