Cinnamon Baked Pita Chips

2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 rounds pita bread, split
Nonstick cooking spray or melted butter

Cut pita rounds into wedges; place on a baking sheet. Spray lightly with cooking spray, or brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake 10 minutes at 350*F or until lightly browned.

Serve with Happy Apple Salsa and milk or yogurt.
