Stanley Pudding

Another recipe from Melodie.

Mix together:
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1cup rhubarb (cut up)
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Pour into a medium size rounded casserole dish or something similar

Mix and pour over top:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup hot water
1 Tbsp butter

Don't stir it in, just pour liquid over top and then bake at 375* for 1/2 hr or more, till golden and bubbly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. YUM!
