Tzatziki

500g Mediterranean yogurt (or regular plain yogurt, strained in cheesecloth over a strainer for a few hours to thicken)
5 Tbsp sour cream
5 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
pinch of mint
1/2 tsp garlic powder
a drop of lemon or lemon rind
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 a cucumber, peeled, and grated, then squeezed well in a dish towel

Mix it all together and enjoy! You can vary it according to your tastes.

Serve with pita chips! Yum!
