1 Tbsp jam
1 apple, diced
1 Tbsp finely diced celery
1 Tbsp finely diced carrot
1 Tbsp raisins
1 tsp lemon juice
Put jam in microwave for 10 seconds. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour warmed jam over mixture and mix well.
Serve with Cinnamon Baked Pita Chips and milk or yogurt.
