2 cups shredded cooked beef roast
1 cup barbecue sauce
Split the buns and lightly toast them. (Butter them, if desired.) Place the beef and the barbecue sauce in a small saucepan and place it over medium heat. Stir well and cook until the beef is heated through (3-4 minutes. Alternatively, place the mixture into a casserole dish, cover, and bake in the oven at 350* for approximately 30 minutes. Spoon the barbecue beef over the buns. Serve immediately.
